Nuubia is internationally recognized for making exquisite chocolates. In addition to making our own brand, we can be found collaborating with craft chocolate companies such as Dandelion Chocolate to create unique chocolate confections. For the first time, we are opening up our commercial kitchen, located in Pleasanton, CA to share what we do and how we do it.
Pleasanton is a short drive from San Francisco, Oakland, Walnut Creek and Palo Alto. It's a little longer drive from San Jose and Modesto, and well worth it to participate in this unique experience. You can even take BART.
Classes are a great gift idea, an excellent family outing, fun with friends, a special corporate reward or team building activity or just to learn the art of chocolate.

Join Nuubia's Chocolatier Chef for a special opportunity to "get hands on" with fine craft chocolate. Learn how to temper and create your own variety of chocolate bars guided by our master chocolatier. You will leave with 3 chocolate bars of your own creation.
- Painting, Chocolate, and Wine
Guiding by our Chocolatier Chef, join us in a special class learning how to temper chocolate, using it as your canvas to paint your own creation with beautiful colored cocoa butters. You will leave with your own creations.
- Classic Holiday Truffles
Join Nuubia's Chef for a special opportunity to learn how to work with fine chocolate and craft silken, melt-in-your-mouth ganache and classic French truffles. You will leave with delicious creations of your own making!
- Chocolate Tablets and Making Your Own
Fine chocolate is like fine wine and what goes into making it rivals that of the finest viticulturists and winemakers around the globe. In this class you'll be introduced to the world of chocolate, learn about the amazing plant that it comes from, what makes some chocolates special, and the science behind beautiful chocolates.
This is a hands-on class working with Single Origin Wildlife Safe Chocolates. You'll learn how to temper chocolate the simple way and make your own tablets.
Besides having lots of fun, you'll leave with 3 tablets of your own creation made with high quality ingredients to enjoy at home - along with some skills and a mold to make some on your own.
Feel free to bring a bottle of wine to share and enjoy with your friends while you're working.
We'll introduce you to our private world by introducing Nuubia's story and the wildlife-friendly, extraordinary ingredients that we use exclusively to reflect our love for the Planet and the exquisite taste of fine chocolate. You'll get a bird's eye view of the world of chocolate, our mission, and why we are passionate about using only wildlife friendly and conflict-free ingredients to make some of the best chocolate in the world.
